Terms of Service

• "Website" — the public-facing site at storyzee.com, including all pages, blog articles, resources, and documentation.
• "Service" — the Storyzee application, a subscription product that monitors how AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok) see and talk about a brand.
• "Account" — the personal login you create to access the Service.
• "Organization" — the workspace an Account belongs to; subscriptions and data belong to the Organization.
• "Monitor" — the paid unit of the Service: continuous monitoring of one brand in one market.
• "Scan" — one collection and analysis cycle across the AI engines for a Monitor.
• "Reports" — the scores, analyses, briefings and exports the Service produces.

The Website is freely accessible. We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

All content published on the Website — including articles, guides, glossary entries, AI search engine analyses, and trust directory profiles — is provided for informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy and regularly update our content, it does not constitute professional advice.

External links are provided for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

Creating an Account requires accurate and complete information, including a work email address and your company name. Account credentials are personal and non-transferable.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account
• Not share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service
• Remain responsible for all activity under your Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any use that may compromise the integrity or security of the Service.

The Service queries AI engines with brand-related questions, analyzes their answers, and produces scores, analyses and briefings.

Important disclaimers:

• Results reflect the engines' behavior at the time of the Scan. AI engine behavior changes frequently and results may vary between Scans.
• Scores are proprietary metrics designed to provide actionable insight. They are not industry-standard benchmarks.
• ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok are third-party services. We do not control their behavior, ranking algorithms, or citation mechanisms.
• Storyzee does not guarantee that implementing recommendations will result in specific citation or visibility outcomes in any AI engine.
• Reports should be used as one input among others in your marketing and visibility strategy.

Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial that requires a payment card up front. Your first Scan runs immediately, during the trial, so you see real value before any charge.

Unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day trial, it converts automatically into a paid monthly subscription and your card is charged. If you cancel before day 7, you pay nothing.

These conditions are stated at signup and at checkout. One trial per Organization; we may refuse or revoke trials in case of abuse (for example repeated trials for the same brand).

• The Service is priced per Monitor, per month, in US dollars (USD), exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT is added where required).
• The exact price — including any volume pricing — is always displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase. The in-app quote at the time of purchase is the contractual price.
• Billing is monthly, in advance, per Organization.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• If a payment fails, we retry and notify you. Monitoring may be suspended until payment succeeds; your data is not deleted for a failed payment.
• We may revise prices; price changes never apply retroactively and active subscribers receive at least 30 days' notice before a new price takes effect.

Pausing. You can pause a Monitor at any time from the app. A paused Monitor stops scanning, its history is preserved, and it stops being billed from the next billing cycle.

Termination by you. Deleting your account (self-serve, from Account → Profile) cancels the subscription immediately and permanently erases your Organization and its data, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export your Reports before deletion.

Termination by us. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms or non-payment, with prior notice except in case of serious abuse. In that case you may request export of your Reports within 30 days.

Data you submit to the Service (brand information, competitor lists, target queries) and the Reports produced for your Organization remain yours. Storyzee processes this data solely to deliver the Service.

We treat this data as confidential and will not share it with third parties, except:

• With the third-party providers strictly necessary to perform the analysis (the AI engines we query on your behalf) — only the brand-related queries are transmitted, never your identity or account data
• When required by applicable law or regulation

All content, software, design, methodology, scoring algorithms, and branding on the Website and the Service are the exclusive property of Ludobros SARL and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The Storyzee name, logo, "AI Visibility Intelligence" designation, and Storyzee's analysis methodology are the property of Ludobros SARL.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its Reports for their own internal business purposes while their subscription is active.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service or its algorithms
• Reproduce or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data from the Website or the Service
• Present Storyzee's analysis outputs as your own methodology

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data to the Service
• Use the Service in a way designed to generate abusive load or cost (for example automated mass scanning)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Storyzee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or the Service
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your Organization in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
• Storyzee is not liable for changes in AI engine behavior, algorithm updates, or third-party service disruptions that may affect results

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website or the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes affecting active subscribers, we will provide direct notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
