A Monitor is Storyzee's pricing unit: one brand, watched in one market, across all five AI engines — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Grok — scanned automatically every two weeks. Adding a second brand or expanding an existing brand to a new market is the same action: one more Monitor. Engines are never sold separately, and there are no feature tiers — every Monitor includes everything.
What does every Monitor include?
Everything the platform does: probes on all five AI engines through their native APIs, the five analysis dimensions (visibility, competitors, brand accuracy, sources, sentiment), every finding linked to the actual AI response as evidence, automatic bi-weekly re-scans, trend history, and a prioritized action plan. There are no feature gates between plans — the only variable is how many Monitors you run.
How does the degressive pricing work?
Like graduated tax brackets, so there are no cliffs. Your first Monitor is €99 per month. Monitors 2 and 3 are €89 each. Monitors 4 through 10 are €79 each. From the 11th Monitor on, €69 each. Adding one more Monitor only ever adds the rate of the band it lands in — the price of your existing Monitors never changes.
How does the free trial work?
You sign up with a card on file and your first scan runs immediately — a complete audit of your brand across all five engines, with evidence. You then have 14 days to explore the results. Cancel inside that window and you're never charged; do nothing and the trial converts to the monthly subscription. The card requirement keeps the trial focused on brands that are serious about their AI visibility.

Can I add, pause or remove Monitors at any time?
You can add Monitors at any time — the graduated bands apply automatically, so each additional Monitor is never more expensive than your last. A Monitor can also be paused: it stops scanning and stops billing, but keeps its full scan history, so you can resume later without losing the trend line.
Do you charge per engine, per scan or per query?
No. All five engines are always included, the bi-weekly scan cadence is fixed, and there is no metering on queries or reports. One Monitor, one predictable monthly price — that's the whole model.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Storyzee is a monthly subscription — you can adjust your Monitor count as your brand portfolio changes. Consulting engagements (sprints, managed programs) are scoped separately and have their own timelines.
