What am I paying for?
Your subscription covers one configured newsroom, ongoing monitoring of your agreed sources, up to 10 users and a monthly allowance of 25, 100 or 250 strategic briefings. Initial setup costs €1,000 excluding VAT, in addition to the subscription. All plans have a 12-month commitment.
What is a strategic briefing?
A strategic briefing is a full note on a subject your team chooses. The AI editorial crew researches the subject, checks facts and considers it against your organization's profile. The result brings together relevant findings, supporting sources and implications for your work. It can inform internal decisions, meetings and projects, and provide a basis for communication.
Is the briefing allowance per person or per team?
It is shared by the team. Newsroom 100 gives your newsroom 100 strategic briefings per month in total, with up to 10 users included. Reading or sharing an existing briefing does not consume another briefing.
How many users are included?
Every plan includes up to 10 users in total per newsroom, with no additional seat fee within that limit. The user limit is the same on all three plans; a larger plan increases your briefing allowance.
Do I need to configure everything myself?
We help you get started. The €1,000 initial setup covers your organization's profile, source selection and configuration, and an introduction for your team. We use signals from our shared library and create standard new signals where needed within the agreed scope. Your team then chooses which subjects to develop into briefings.
Can you follow sources specific to our organization?
Yes. We agree the relevant sources with you during setup, drawing on the signal library and assessing new sources where needed. These can include news feeds, official documents and other accessible sources. Paid third-party sources and substantial custom development are quoted separately.
What if we need more briefings?
You can discuss an additional pack of 25 strategic briefings for €250 excluding VAT. If you regularly need more capacity, we can review which plan fits your team's needs.
What is the commitment, and are taxes included?
Subscriptions have a 12-month commitment. The displayed monthly rate corresponds to an annual subscription total of €6,000, €12,000 or €24,000, depending on your plan. All prices exclude VAT. The €1,000 one-time setup fee is additional to those subscription totals.
