• "Website" — the public-facing site at storyzee.com, including all pages, blog articles, resources, and documentation.
• "Platform" — the Storyzee AI Visibility Intelligence Platform, a proprietary SaaS tool that analyzes brand visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok).
• "User" — any individual or entity accessing the Website or Platform.
• "Client" — a User who has entered into a paid service agreement with Storyzee.
• "AI Visibility Score" — the proprietary score generated by the Platform based on data from 8 specialized analysis agents.

The Website is freely accessible. We strive to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

All content published on the Website — including articles, guides, glossary entries, AI search engine analyses, and trust directory profiles — is provided for informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy and regularly update our content, it does not constitute professional advice.

External links are provided for reference. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites.

Access to the Platform is granted exclusively to Clients with an active service agreement. Platform access credentials are personal and non-transferable.

As a Client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when setting up your account
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share, resell, or sublicense Platform access to third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Platform access in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any use that may compromise the integrity of our services.

The Platform generates AI Visibility Scores and analysis reports using proprietary algorithms and 8 specialized agents that query multiple AI engines and data sources in real time.

Important disclaimers:

• Scores and analyses reflect conditions at the time of the scan. AI engine behavior changes frequently and results may vary between scans.
• The AI Visibility Score is a proprietary metric designed to provide actionable insights. It is not an industry-standard benchmark.
• AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok) are third-party services. We do not control their behavior, ranking algorithms, or citation mechanisms.
• Storyzee does not guarantee that implementing recommendations will result in specific citation outcomes in any AI engine.
• Analysis data should be used as one input among others in your marketing and visibility strategy.

Client data submitted to the Platform (brand information, competitor lists, target queries) remains the property of the Client. Storyzee processes this data solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

We treat all Client data as confidential and will not share it with third parties, except:

• With third-party API providers (AI engines, data services) to the extent strictly necessary to perform the analysis — only the queries are transmitted, not your identity or business context
• When required by applicable law or regulation

All content, software, design, methodology, scoring algorithms, agent architecture, and branding on the Website and Platform are the exclusive property of Ludobros SARL and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

The Storyzee name, logo, "AI Visibility Intelligence", and the 8-agent scoring methodology are proprietary to Ludobros SARL.

Clients receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform and its outputs (reports, scores, recommendations) for their own internal business purposes during their active service agreement.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Platform or its algorithms
• Reproduce or redistribute Website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to extract data from the Website or Platform
• Present Storyzee's analysis outputs as your own methodology

You agree not to:

• Use the Website or Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Website or Platform
• Use the Platform to monitor or analyze competitors' data without authorization
• Submit false, misleading, or malicious data to the Platform

Paid services (AI Visibility Diagnosis, Execution Programs) are governed by individual service agreements between Storyzee and the Client, which take precedence over these Terms in case of conflict.

General payment terms:

• Prices are quoted in euros (EUR), excluding applicable taxes
• Payment terms are specified in the individual service agreement
• Late payments may incur interest at three times the French legal interest rate, plus a fixed recovery fee of 40 EUR, in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Storyzee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or Platform
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amounts paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• Storyzee is not liable for changes in AI engine behavior, algorithm updates, or third-party service disruptions that may affect analysis results

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or Platform at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

For paid services, termination conditions are defined in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, Clients may request export of their analysis data within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Website or Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes affecting active Clients, we will provide direct notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
